Roles and Responsibilities

  • Merchandising (Product) grid prepared by the brand team based on sell-in report and performance analysis. Also, with the growth levers for their respective brands/categories
  • MRP allocation to the final cut of styles which would be offered to the channels. Based on the landed cost and MRP for all styles, respective product categories would have to prepare and arrive at PC/MRP ratio for the season's active merchandise. 
  • Final PCMRP approval from In-house brand Head/MD keeping in consideration of the budget decided for the respective category.  
  • Seasonal Training Module-Season concepts, special highlights or features about the range along with the price points they are allocated at. The activity is done for CCA's training in the store for the season launch; a detailed and meaningful insight for the front-end team about the season offering. 
  • CDMS, BOM and all relevant activities to be completed by brand Team at style code level for Order Processing 
  • Based on the different channels' booking, brand team would map the fabric codes and prepare a master to hand it over to the Sourcing team for bulk fabric ordering. Brand team would send the fabric order master to Sourcing team for order processing.

Roles and Responsibilities

BUYING, ASSORTMENT BUILDING MANAGEMENT

  • Creating appropriate buying plan for assigned category as per Sales targets (Sales plan, Inventory Plan and Store planograms).
  • Assortment planning on a Store Level-Concept representation, Number of Options per Assortment Group, Size Optimization, Pricing Strategy for Each Category.
  • Maintaining Freshness Index at store& season Launch- Creating and managing product range in line with brand marketing strategy, brand identity and consumer and product segments
  • Buying based on the new OTT model and scaling it up after the pilot success.
  • Attending Merchandising Meet all stakeholders including design team about season range performance. Study on how the trend is shaping and what should be the point of focus for next season.

SALES & MANAGEMENT

  • Product management at right location and time.
  • Educate the store team about the new collection/range being introduced.
  • Take continuous store feedback which is the voice of consumer. Understand the consumer needs on a constant basis also by visiting store frequently.
  • Active Merchandise management-Identifying Good & Bad sellers, Mid-season Sale, Reordering Fast movers.
  • Liquidation plan for the stocks that are not selling well.

INVENTORY PLANNING

  • Maintain an optimum level of inventory both in the front end and the warehouse across all Assortment Groups.
  • Importance of Stocks in warehouse: Replenishment and increases flexibility in reacting to market fluctuations.
  • Need to have higher flexibility and secure the OTB in order to react to Unforeseen Trends. While Trends can be forecasted, Market Conditions is Still Volatile.

STORE OPTIMISATION.

  • Factors that are important while finalizing a planogram-Area of the store, Catchment
    of the store, RFT & Fixtures in the store, Categories planned for the store, Stock/Option density
  • Maintaining DOC (Days of cover) is important here but it should be a resultant of the things that we want to maintain an optimum level of inventory both in the front end and the warehouse across all Assortment Groups.

CONSUMER INSIGHTING/TREND SPOTTING

  • Understand consumers' taste and pre-empt the future expectation, visiting market/store frequently
  • Trend spotting in respect to colours, Styles, patterns, Fabrics Etc., through in various
    forms (Track events, Forecasting websites, Magazines, Digital Media, Public places and Institutions.
  • Analysing whether New Trends will be suitable for the stores also assessing the running Trends will continue or die down
  • Preparing detailed Sell thru report in different attributes, discussing during the Merchandising day with all stake holders for future month creation. Also mapping competition to see domestic hits & misses.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 Years of Buying & Merchandising
  • NIFT-Apparel Production/B.Ftech Apparel Technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Craft creative and persuasive copy for all marketing channels like banners, emails, SMSs, landing pages, FB ads, Google ads, videos, buying guides, rural marketing collaterals, branding collaterals and more.
  • Understand the revenue impact of communication and adapt content based on data insights received from other teams.
  • Ideate and conceptualize for new promotions – come up with attractive, catchy names and adapt copy to the flow of promotions.
  • Work closely with the category, marketing, UX, tech and creative design teams to ensure the copy follows different teams’ requirements.
  • Take complete ownership and work closely with the Content Manager to complete content requirements for projects.
  • Lead multiple projects independently and ensure correctness, creativity and adherence to the brand tone.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing copywriting or content writing experience with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of different styles of writing for different requirements.
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
  • Highly responsible and committed.
  • Preferably a Mass Communications graduate/post-graduate.

  • Develop and execute a strategy for B2C sales on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zivame.).
  • Collaborate with B2C partners to ensure our product offerings are optimized for special sales events.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce stock analysis – Analyse the stock Gap in all platforms, even in SOR platforms.
  • Analysis/Check on Daily Replenishment - Stock replenishment on a regular basis, no SKU to go out of stock, have complete coordination with Ambur and Warehouse
  • Inventory Equality Check - SAP vs UC .
  • Order Sync check SAP vs UC.
  • Master sheet creation and have complete E-com Stock data base to be maintained
  • In case of SOR, the stock dispatched vs the stock sold = stock in hand to be tallied
    and anomaly to be highlighted to the respective SPOCs
  • Stock RTv’s to be recorded and stock transfer from one platform to the other to be
    planned.

Stock Planner has to act as the custodian of e-com stock and have completely responsibility of the stocks planning and stock control in all platforms.
